Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions within your team and domain.
- Develop and deploy robust, secure, and scalable systems and features.
- Take full ownership of technical projects from initial concept through design, implementation, and ongoing operations.
- Support and advance the technical skills and confidence of engineering team members.
- Enforce high standards in code quality, testing practices, system observability, and operational reliability.
- Work closely with Product and Design to refine solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and validate assumptions.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and post-incident analyses to drive team learning.
- Participate in and help shape broader engineering efforts and cross-team technical standards.
