Responsibilities
- Create end-to-end applications that enable AI-powered workflows for large organizations.
- Supervise and evaluate code from engineering team members to maintain production standards.
- Offer technical leadership, architectural insight, and direct development support as required.
- Build responsive user interfaces for managing, tracking, and visualizing AI agents.
- Develop high-throughput backend systems that handle live AI interactions, data access, and automated processes.
- Collaborate with AI and machine learning specialists to deploy LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and automation at scale.
- Define and enforce best practices in testing, continuous deployment, and system performance.
- Iterate on AI-integrated products, maintaining a balance between rapid development and system reliability.
