Responsibilities
- Guide quality assurance practices technically within the AML Platform Squad and wider AML teams to enable faster, safer delivery of machine learning products with higher reliability.
- Lead the design and long-term planning of quality infrastructure for the MLOps platform, covering test automation, deployment safeguards, and system monitoring tools.
- Work with multiple AML teams to align on quality standards, including continuous integration and delivery pipelines, gradual release strategies, and testing involving physical hardware.
- Actively participate in engineering tasks for the AML Platform Squad, such as coding, system design, and building quality assurance systems.
- Promote early detection of quality risks throughout the machine learning lifecycle—from research and testing to deployment and monitoring—preventing issues from reaching live environments.
- Support and guide software developers, data scientists, and QA specialists in adopting advanced quality practices and innovative solutions.
