Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing approaches for ERP modifications, service enhancements, and release versions
- Verify complete business process flows and transactional integrity across ERP functional areas
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key operational scenarios and validate test scope
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression tests in domains including Supply Chain, Finance, CRM, Projects, Procurement, and Sustainability
- Guarantee full regression test coverage for all system updates and releases
- Lead test automation initiatives for release cycles, covering both API and user interface layers
- Execute API testing using Postman or equivalent software tools
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines with automated testing practices
- Utilize AI-powered tools and assistants to enhance test creation and execution efficiency
- Oversee testing tasks and progress tracking in JIRA within Agile project structures
- Operate effectively in a multi-delivery model managing several parallel change initiatives
- Monitor, document, and communicate defects to ensure system stability and release preparedness
