Responsibilities
- Guide the quality assurance team in designing, executing, and delivering comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain both automated and manual testing frameworks to ensure product reliability.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to establish clear testing criteria.
- Coach and assist junior QA team members to promote best practices and strong performance.
- Manage end-to-end testing for web, mobile, API, and backend systems with full test coverage.
- Evaluate and communicate test outcomes, log defects, and verify fixes prior to product release.
- Lead initiatives to enhance QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies over time.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and post-release reviews.
- Coordinate with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage test environments.
