DeepL is hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager | Translator

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete product marketing strategy and execution for features within the translator product line, shaping how the market perceives the company's value and uniqueness.
  • Guide the product roadmap by converting market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable needs.
  • Convert sophisticated AI features and underlying research into clear, outcome-focused messaging that sets our core products apart from competitors.
  • Direct the planning and execution of worldwide product launches, coordinating with marketing, product, and revenue teams to boost awareness and user adoption.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to equip global revenue teams with training and materials to effectively position our products against competitors and track win rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams on a unified strategy to increase platform awareness, generate demand, and ensure long-term user retention.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing, product, or revenue, with a minimum of 4 years in B2B product marketing.
  • A full-stack product marketing manager capable of shifting smoothly between high-level strategy, competitive positioning, and tactical revenue enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in executing go-to-market strategies for complex technologies or platform-level products.
  • A natural storyteller who can turn highly technical concepts into narratives that appeal to enterprise decision-makers.
  • High comfort with ambiguity and using data-driven insights to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working with product development, research, and sales teams.
  • AI-native, comfortable using AI tools to scale personal work, with deep curiosity about how language technology is evolving for enterprises.
  • Fluency in English and a passion for languages and communication.
