Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the autonomy product roadmap, connecting core driving functionalities with key milestones in driverless technology and commercial deployment for trucking and robotaxi applications.
- Manage the full product lifecycle of autonomy features by converting complex operational scenarios into clear requirements and defining performance standards for real-world driving behaviors.
- Coordinate collaboration across engineering, design, research, simulation, systems, safety, and commercial functions to establish product specifications, balance technical decisions, and build measurable performance frameworks.
- Evaluate system performance using data from simulation, closed-course, and on-road testing to assess readiness and guide prioritization of improvements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, openness, and integrity, modeling strong team values in a high-pressure, safety-focused environment.
- Track and interpret KPIs such as operational design domain coverage, system readiness levels, and route feasibility to inform strategic decisions and speed up time to market.
