Responsibilities
- Shape end-to-end user journeys for discovery, onboarding, and monetization, creating scalable design patterns across key lifecycle stages.
- Deliver complete design solutions from concept to launch, including UX strategy, visual polish, and interactive prototypes that communicate direction and value.
- Leverage behavioral analytics as a core input for design, using funnel data, experiment outcomes, and user behavior to guide decisions.
- Design and manage experiments across user acquisition, activation, and expansion, collaborating closely with product and data science teams.
- Develop reusable design components within the design system that support growth while maintaining clarity and user trust.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure precise and high-fidelity implementation of user flows and interface elements.
- Demonstrate how to balance design craftsmanship with business objectives, showing how to drive conversion without sacrificing user experience.
- Guide other designers working on growth-related features, strengthening their understanding of user motivation, friction points, and conversion logic.
- Help define growth design as a disciplined practice focused on earning user commitment through ethical design.
- Advocate for alignment between product quality and growth outcomes, helping leadership recognize both synergies and trade-offs.
- Work with research, data, and product teams to improve the rigor and impact of experimentation company-wide.
- Reframe challenges at the funnel level to identify where user value is gained or lost and why.
- Lead collaborative sessions to clarify opportunities in pricing, packaging, onboarding, and upgrade moments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to set success metrics, form experiment hypotheses, and interpret results.
- Promote user trust as a foundation for sustainable growth, modeling design approaches that protect it.
- Share effective growth design strategies for onboarding, identity, and discovery flows through collaboration and feedback.
- Support research, data, and product teams in refining how user value signals are interpreted and acted on.
- Foster a culture of design excellence, particularly where monetization and core product experiences intersect.
