Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex product features
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user-centered solutions
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Translate business requirements into intuitive interface designs
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior designers through regular feedback
- Drive consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Work iteratively in agile development environments
- Define interaction patterns and information architecture
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Ensure designs align with brand and accessibility standards
- Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions
- Identify opportunities for product improvements through user insights
- Lead design critiques and facilitate collaborative workshops
- Integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members
- Support the execution of design at scale
- Balance innovation with technical feasibility
- Promote a culture of design thinking across teams
