Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production for an internal Unity-based project, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, sprint planning, and critical milestones in coordination with leads across disciplines.
- Proactively detect and address production risks and interdepartmental dependencies.
- Act as the main liaison connecting local teams with international partners.
- Promote and implement agile methodologies to enhance team velocity and responsiveness.
- Guide and develop junior producers and production coordinators through mentorship.
- Help shape internal workflows and standards that will support future external co-development initiatives.
