Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery strategy for a significant project component.
- Establish workflows, key milestones, delivery frameworks, and quality benchmarks for the pillar.
- Coordinate pillar objectives with senior leadership, including Directors and Executive Producers.
- Develop and manage multi-phase plans, resource forecasts, and long-term timelines.
- Supervise Senior Producers and Producers across various functional areas within the pillar.
- Ensure collaboration and alignment between Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Narrative, and other teams.
- Oversee interdependent workstreams and resolve critical path risks.
- Guide decisions on project scope, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
- Define clear processes, deliverables, and integration points for external development partners.
- Enforce adherence to internal standards for tasks, documentation, and communication among external collaborators.
- Coordinate cross-studio evaluations, dependencies, and integration schedules.
- Ensure pillar activities support the overall product vision and player experience targets.
- Work with Directors to assess design choices, quality goals, and player impact.
- Champion player-centric outcomes during planning, prioritization, and trade-off conversations.
- Deliver structured progress updates to project leadership and production executives.
- Represent the pillar in milestone assessments, project status meetings, and studio-wide reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across communication and project management platforms.
- Mentor and manage Senior Producers, supporting their growth toward leadership roles.
- Foster sustainable and efficient workflows across pillar teams.
- Assist in team resourcing, staffing plans, and hiring initiatives for the pillar.
- Cultivate a work environment rooted in clarity, responsibility, and teamwork.
