DiliTrust is hiring a Lead Mobile Engineer - React Native

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete redevelopment of current native mobile apps using React Native, building from the ground up
  • Design and execute mobile architecture that ensures long-term scalability, high performance, and ease of maintenance
  • Build and manage the full CI/CD workflow for mobile, including automated builds, testing, distribution, and app store releases
  • Integrate AI-driven development tools such as code generation and intelligent assistants to improve development speed and code quality
  • Define and enforce best practices in mobile engineering, covering code organization, testing approaches, release cycles, and monitoring systems
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, backend teams, and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional mobile user experience
  • Expand mobile functionality beyond existing capabilities, enabling more features of the platform to be accessible on mobile devices
  • Guide and support the mobile engineering team as the project grows in complexity and scope
  • Keep current with advancements in the React Native ecosystem, mobile operating systems, and AI-powered development tools
