Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive marketing technology roadmaps aligned with client growth and business goals.
- Lead enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud projects independently as the main contact for strategic discussions.
- Predict client requirements and obstacles, identifying new opportunities and implementing preventive measures.
- Oversee client project delivery to ensure services produce measurable business outcomes.
- Supervise project teams with multiple MarTech specialists for unified execution on complex tasks.
- Serve as the ultimate quality checkpoint, reviewing and approving team work and advising on standards.
- Develop, refine, and document internal team procedures and knowledge resources to support growth.
- Offer broad technical strategy guidance for various MarTech tools, emphasizing Adobe Experience Platform products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform, covering XDM schema design, identity stitching, and workspace architecture, with implementation or support experience.
- Six to eight or more years in marketing technology, with a history of handling complex systems and data integrations.
- Experience transitioning from detailed implementation to strategic leadership, such as in digital transformation or stack consolidation initiatives.
- Strategic knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Strong ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences and handle delicate client interactions gracefully.
- Background in creating standard operating procedures, quality assurance frameworks, or training materials.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with natural curiosity and analytical thinking skills.
Nice to Have
- Adobe certifications, such as CJA Business Practitioner, are highly desirable.
