Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure: Manage on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways supporting Cashalo's agent operations
- Lead active projects: Drive delivery of projects like a firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraki Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout
- Manage cloud and identity: Handle user provisioning, MDM, and cloud tooling with a focus on access control and security hygiene
- Own IT compliance: Lead audit preparation and execution, maintaining a consistently high standard of IT governance
- Drive vendor delivery: Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure projects with urgency and rigour
Requirements
- You've owned complex IT environments end to end - network, infrastructure, identity and compliance. Not just one slice.
- You approach security and governance as core to the job, not an afterthought
- You have experience managing and collaborating with vendors on projects
- You can talk about complex projects with ease - ability to take deeply technical initiatives and explain it in simple terms
- You thrive in fast paced, lean environments.
- You know what it takes to be audit-ready at all times.
