Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for large, multi-regional integrated campaigns aligned with key sales initiatives, translating business goals into measurable campaign outcomes focused on pipeline and performance
- Collaborate closely with senior marketing and sales leaders to ensure alignment across verticals and regions; coordinate with international field and partner marketing teams to create unified, globally consistent demand generation efforts
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis of campaigns to generate actionable insights and optimization strategies; leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign planning, personalization, and channel effectiveness
- Lead the development of detailed campaign briefs in collaboration with Product Marketing, defining goals, target segments, messaging frameworks, and creative needs; work with strategy teams to validate content plans and tactical approaches
- Design and promote targeted thought leadership initiatives tailored to specific audiences and industries; ensure vertical-specific campaigns are aligned with overarching horizontal strategies and messaging architecture
- Act as a strategic mentor and innovation driver; guide team members through coaching and feedback while advancing department capabilities by sharing expertise on emerging trends and best practices
