Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers working on concurrent co-development and game development initiatives
- Serve as a senior technical collaborator to production, design, art, and client-facing teams
- Implement features directly in Unity or Unreal based on project requirements
- Design and evaluate systems spanning gameplay, tools, user interfaces, integrations, performance, and platform compatibility
- Define and promote engineering standards focused on code quality, efficiency, maintainability, and timely delivery
- Assist in estimating project scope, flagging technical risks early, and offering practical production guidance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of engineering team members
- Explain technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external clients to ensure technical execution supports project objectives
