About the Role
Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using .Net and Vue/React while guiding engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and driving technical strategy in a remote-first product environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of scalable web applications
- Guide engineering decisions across frontend and backend systems
- Mentor engineers in coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
- Drive adoption of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee code quality and system reliability
- Work closely with UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
- Support deployment strategies and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Evaluate new technologies for team adoption
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Lead code reviews and technical documentation
- Promote security best practices across the codebase
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Optimize applications for scalability and maintainability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on feature delivery
- Implement responsive frontend designs using Vue or React
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services in .Net
