Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end development of web applications
- Define technical standards and coding best practices

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Ensure application performance and reliability

- Drive test automation and continuous integration workflows
- Support deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user experiences

- Document technical decisions and system architecture
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Monitor application metrics and optimize performance
- Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
- Promote code quality and maintainability
