Insight Recruitment Group is hiring a Lead Frontend Developer React / Javascript / Agile

Responsibilities

  • Take entire ownership and bring technical leadership to the frontend technology stack
  • Work with other frontend engineers to ensure frontends are built with modern tools and techniques
  • Ensure users always come first
  • Help drive the company forward by identifying appropriate technology, approaches, tools, and designing architecture
  • Work closely with the product team and wider organisation to create and deliver roadmaps of desired features
  • Increase company growth by hiring people into the team and building out your own team

Requirements

  • Experience of Architecting, developing and maintain modern frontends
  • Expert knowledge and experience with both JavaScript and React
  • Writing code with Test Driven Development
  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
