Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of six developers to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
- Conduct regular individual meetings, monitor team performance, and promote a culture rooted in technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Project Manager to validate technical approaches and sustain consistent delivery under tight deadlines.
- Travel periodically to client locations within the US for several weeks each year to supervise integration and deployment of key initiatives.
- Write, refine, and maintain production-grade code for essential system modules.
- Demonstrate technical leadership by implementing complex features across both front-end and back-end systems using Angular and .NET Core.
- Perform thorough code reviews to uphold code quality, scalability, and adherence to established best practices.
- Take direct responsibility for ensuring smooth interaction between Angular-based front-end applications and backend services built on Node.js and .NET Core, preserving end-to-end functionality.
- Work with the team to enhance real-time data processing through Kafka and WebSockets, and optimize infrastructure using Docker and CI/CD pipelines to ensure flawless performance during live events.

- Occasional travel to client sites in the US for a few weeks per year is required to oversee integration and launch of major projects.
- Applicants must be able to travel to the United States without legal restrictions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in French is considered a significant advantage.
