Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end deployment and continuous administration of enterprise-grade platforms used in service delivery, financial tracking, vendor coordination, and performance reporting
- Directly set up and fine-tune project and task management tools including monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, Wrike, Asana, or comparable solutions
- Develop and sustain integrations between Salesforce, ERP platforms, vendor processes, reporting engines, and day-to-day operational systems
- Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or built-in platform connectors
- Support business processes in Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, covering vendor coordination, revenue operations, reconciliation, approvals, and reporting
- Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar analytics tools to enhance operational transparency
- Increase efficiency by eliminating manual processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, avoiding redundant data entry, and unifying fragmented systems
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders across delivery, finance, operations, and leadership functions globally
- Lead planning, testing, go-live preparation, documentation, governance, post-launch stabilization, and ongoing operational support for system transitions
