Responsibilities
- Lead the technical coordination of an external development agency focused on advertising technology, organizing projects to enable smooth integration of future freelance contributors.
- Convert business requirements into clearly defined, standalone technical tasks that can be completed by external developers or AI systems without real-time collaboration.
- Supervise high-level system architecture across the full technology stack, including Google Cloud Platform, Rust, React, PostgreSQL, and stream processing, ensuring long-term scalability and reliability.
- Serve as the primary reviewer in a development process where AI generates most code, ensuring accuracy and alignment with system goals.
- Promote and implement agent-based development workflows using advanced conversational AI and command-line tools such as Claude Code and custom-built skills.
- Research and recommend ways to embed AI capabilities into continuous integration and deployment pipelines, enabling automated code reviews, security validation, and quality enforcement.
- Enforce a structured, predictable development process inspired by open-source governance, emphasizing asynchronous workflows, comprehensive written records, clear rules, and strict quality controls.
- Keep detailed Architecture Decision Records, using AI to assist in drafting while requiring full human verification before finalizing any architectural documentation.
- Perform thorough code reviews to guarantee all code—whether authored by external engineers or language models—meets high standards for performance, security, and long-term maintainability
