Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced code solutions according to functional requirements, collaborating across multiple teams and initiatives
- Enhance and maintain existing code, data models, and development standards with a focus on performance, security, stability, and code quality
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and define foundational implementation guidelines that allow teams to execute technical plans effectively
- Conduct in-depth peer reviews of complex code changes and assess cross-team and cross-program impacts of software modifications
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and actionable feedback to developers; communicate insights on team technical strengths and growth areas to leadership
- Lead the design and execution of delivery pipelines, including automation, security integration, and performance optimization practices
