Responsibilities
- Guide and support team members at every level through coaching, candid feedback, and direct communication to advance their technical and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary authority on the company's hardware, software, and deployment infrastructure, offering dependable expertise to internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Take ownership of standard operating procedures by evaluating effectiveness, refining existing processes, and creating new ones where necessary.
- Act as a clear and consistent liaison between the deployment team and cross-functional groups such as Product, Engineering, and external vendors, highlighting persistent challenges and ensuring key stakeholders stay informed.
- Travel up to one-quarter of the time to assist with launching new sites and supporting clients nationwide.

- Travel up to 25% of the time to support new location launches and assist customers across the country.
- First 90 days include immersion: taking tickets, doing deployments, and getting to know the people and the operation from the inside.
- Meetings are kept short and only used for alignment to maximize time for real work.
