Responsibilities
- Define how engagements operate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful products
- Design and implement team structures

- Oversee planning, estimation, and successful project delivery

Requirements
- Expert in applying agile project management skills to iteratively plan, execute, and manage projects, delivering exceptional software within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Highly skilled at identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, and effectively managing changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements
- Highly capable of fostering an environment and ways of working that promote collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement
- Highly capable of thoughtfully guiding the development, launch, and evolution of a company's product(s) to achieve desired outcomes
- Highly capable of promoting and advocating for quality standards, processes, and best practices, including accessibility guidelines, to ensure delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and user-friendly software solutions

Compensation
$156,000 - $185,000 per year, plus incentive pay structure
Work Arrangement
Remote-first with minimal onsite client work; core hours overlap with clients and team members; opportunities for in-person collaboration, especially in the Chicago area
Team
We work in integrated teams of designers, developers, delivery managers, and strategists, occasionally as staff augmentation. We focus on product innovation, DEIB, diverse industries, and support individual growth through learning budgets and bi-weekly manager conversations.
What your days will look like, and what success will look like
- Within 1 month: Start company onboarding, learn about culture, values, history, and client commitments; understand integrated development process, tooling, frameworks, and project approach; learn from integrated teams; learn about client experience from discovery to delivery; review career grid and meet with manager to identify goals; go deeper into employee experience, meet key leaders, and build relationships; if staffed, start client domain onboarding and learn about the engagement.
- Within 3 months: Complete onboarding; receive first quarterly feedback report from project team; attend first TXI Quarterly.
- Within 6 months: Start seeing impact on project and team; participate in client-facing retrospectives; complete a review with manager; push team to do its best work.
- Within 1 to 2 years: Look back proudly on projects and organizational changes inspired or directed, and the impact made across the company.

What We Offer
We believe in equitable pay. The salary range for this role is $156,000 - $185,000. We have a remote environment with distributed team members in the US, Canada, South America, and Europe. We use tools like Google Workspace, Miro, Notion, Slack, and Zoom for collaboration. We prioritize virtual bonding, inclusivity, autonomy, and trust. Core hours overlap with clients and team members. Multiple in-person opportunities throughout the year. Especially excited to connect with people in the Chicago area for additional in-person collaboration.
