Responsibilities
- Guide the development of scalable, high-performance database architectures that support business objectives and long-term strategic direction.
- Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance database performance, predict capacity needs, detect anomalies, and automate operations.
- Build and refine monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery frameworks to maintain system stability and data consistency.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced database issues, offering technical expertise and operational support, including on-call duties.
- Conduct routine audits and governance evaluations to uphold compliance with regulations and internal standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, track advancements in database technology, and provide flexible support across global time zones.
