Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Shell, or equivalent
- Background in backend development using Python, Java, or comparable programming languages
- Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure as Code platforms like Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with version control systems including GitHub or Bitbucket
- Hands-on use of CI/CD pipelines through tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab
- Track record delivering L2 and L3 production support, including root cause analysis and incident documentation
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, at upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
- Knowledge of Xstore POS or other Oracle Retail platforms
- Understanding of observability tools including Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, or native cloud monitoring
- Work history in enterprise-scale or retail technology settings
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team support and accountability
- Drive to enhance system reliability and refine operational workflows over time
