Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of an AI-powered financial services solution, from architecture decisions through to production deployment
- Translate financial domain requirements into scalable backend systems, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and auditability standards are met
- Own technical delivery: define the solution architecture, select appropriate AI/LLM components, and drive build execution with a high degree of autonomy
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate solution design against real business outcomes and iterate based on feedback
- Run structured discovery sessions with clients to map current workflows, pain points, and manual bottlenecks
- Identify realistic AI automation opportunities — and just as importantly, tell clients when AI isn't the right tool
- Build business cases for automation initiatives: time saved, error reduction, cost impact
- Prioritize a roadmap of opportunities based on feasibility, ROI, and client readiness
- Maintain trust with clients by setting honest expectations and delivering on them
