Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural planning and high-level design of scalable back-end systems tailored to diverse client projects, including SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Establish and enforce core technology standards, coding best practices, and code review procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all development efforts.
- Design and deploy reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS, guiding decisions around serverless and containerized solutions while promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performing code for critical system components, setting a technical benchmark for the engineering team.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring strong team performance.
- Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and external stakeholders to convert business needs into effective technical implementations.
- Promote a culture of thorough and clear technical documentation as a foundational engineering practice.
