Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales journey from initial outreach to final contract signing, frequently initiating with paid pilot programs and scaling to full production rollouts.
- Sell an integrated platform focused on AI safety and security, covering automated adversarial testing, red teaming, and protective runtime capabilities.
- Establish trust and rapport with both technical experts and C-level decision-makers across AI, security, and engineering departments.
- Quickly grasp complex technical details and explain them clearly, collaborating with internal engineers to define solutions and respond to client inquiries.
- Engage with clients in highly regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, and insurance where risk and compliance are critical.
- Grow the sales pipeline using inbound leads, industry events, referrals, and targeted outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with a sales development representative to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities while also generating new leads independently.
- Sustain engagement and progress throughout extended sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with founding, product, and engineering teams to design and implement customer pilot projects and live deployments.
- Deliver field insights back to leadership to help guide product development, market positioning, and go-to-market planning.
