Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for youth
- Interact with students in residential settings including dorms, dining areas, and recreational spaces
- Work closely with program leaders and multidisciplinary team members
- Supervise, guide, and train staff who lead group therapy activities
- Promote emotional growth, developmental support, and crisis response for students
- Ensure clinical records are complete, accurate, and updated promptly
- Adhere to all ethical, professional, and confidentiality requirements
