Responsibilities
- Delivering individual and group counseling services.
- Engaging with students in residential and common areas (dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, counseling spaces).
- Collaborating with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
- Providing oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
- Supporting student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Upholding all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Active licensure in the State of Illinois as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.

Additional Information
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends required.
- Scheduling flexibility is available to support student engagement and program needs, including occasional presence during afternoon or early evening hours.
- This is a contract position with full-time or part-time availability, up to 20 hours per week.
