Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants
- Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions
- Resolve technical challenges involving the Skio Platform
- Guide customers throughout their Skio journey
- Equip customers with knowledge to achieve strategic goals using Skio products
- Migrate customer and subscription data from other platforms to Skio
- Ensure accuracy, continuity, and a smooth transition experience
- Support customers with Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations
- Ensure Skio works seamlessly within the brand experience
Requirements
- Experience with Typescript, Javascript, Liquid, CSS, HTML
- Frontend Development experience
- Solid experience with SQL-based database
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Ideally, experience with Shopify
