Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue qualified prospects through diverse outreach channels to acquire new client partnerships
- Navigate complex enterprise environments, build alignment among decision-makers, and finalize licensing and professional services contracts
- Deliver compelling, solution-focused sales demonstrations through virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop targeted strategies, messaging, and sales materials for assigned accounts
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline within a defined territory of large enterprises (10,000–50,000 employees) looking to upgrade or replace current recruitment platforms
- Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape
- Identify potential deal obstacles early, implement risk mitigation strategies, and provide accurate sales forecasts
