Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using the Laravel framework, from analysis through deployment.
- Work with the architecture team to support the design and implementation of high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Laravel best practices and coding standards.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability across all supported platforms.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project stakeholders to deliver complete, high-performing digital solutions.
Requirements
- BSc and/or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (MSc preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience developing web applications using Laravel (PHP) within a LAMP or Docker environment.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and RESTful API development.
- Experience building responsive, modern web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as Vue.js or ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization and migrations.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with IoT data integration and Smart Cities applications is an advantage.
