About the Role
This position is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring seamless access to language services by addressing client needs and coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure consistent delivery of language services
- Act as the primary contact for clients needing language access support
- Monitor service performance and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries
- Track client usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support onboarding of new clients onto the service platform
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
- Provide regular updates to clients on service performance and changes
- Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate teams
- Ensure compliance with language access regulations and standards
- Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements
- Coordinate with project managers during service transitions
- Assist in developing client training materials and resources
- Respond to client questions about service features and capabilities
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical support teams
- Monitor contract terms and notify clients of renewals or changes
- Identify upsell opportunities through ongoing client engagement
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction
- Report on client metrics and service utilization trends
- Support resolution of billing or invoicing discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of language service offerings
- Ensure timely implementation of client-specific service configurations
- Work with clients to define service level expectations
- Promote best practices in language access program management
- Contribute to process improvements based on client insights
