Responsibilities
- Apply technical software regularly to analyze, create, and quality check client deliverables.
- Support site planning, urban design, landscape development, and production of visual and technical materials.
- Work on projects involving land use planning, urban redevelopment, mixed-use areas, residential developments, streetscapes, design standards, public infrastructure, parks, and community facilities.
- Address complex design and planning challenges, assist project leads, and work with multidisciplinary teams to realize client goals for future built environments.
- Gain understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal and client-specific protocols, standards, and workflows.
- Learn and use one or more technical and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Excel.
