About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead land acquisition strategies for high-voltage transmission line projects
- Manage right-of-way procurement and easement negotiations
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and legal teams to support project timelines
- Prepare and review land-related documentation for regulatory compliance
- Engage with landowners and public agencies to secure necessary permissions
- Track land project milestones and deliverables using project management tools
- Identify potential land access challenges and recommend solutions
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local land use regulations
- Support environmental permitting through land data coordination
- Maintain accurate records of land rights and ownership details
- Develop relationships with local stakeholders and government representatives
- Oversee title research and boundary verification processes
- Assist in conflict resolution related to land use disputes
