Kimley-Horn is hiring a Land Development Civil Designer

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee drafting and plan preparation protocols
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction plans
  • Generate and review complex technical diagrams for accuracy
  • Conduct advanced engineering calculations with multiple variables
  • Operate with minimal oversight in daily design tasks
  • Apply engineering knowledge to recommend design improvements
  • Keep drawing databases current and systematically organized
  • Lead and mentor CAD personnel through training and guidance
  • Coordinate project workflows to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
  • Learn and apply internal practices, procedures, and standards
