Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee drafting and plan preparation protocols
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction plans
- Generate and review complex technical diagrams for accuracy
- Conduct advanced engineering calculations with multiple variables
- Operate with minimal oversight in daily design tasks
- Apply engineering knowledge to recommend design improvements
- Keep drawing databases current and systematically organized
- Lead and mentor CAD personnel through training and guidance
- Coordinate project workflows to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Learn and apply internal practices, procedures, and standards
