Responsibilities
- Support seamless laboratory operations within a rapidly evolving bioprocess development setting
- Uphold laboratory safety standards and collaborate with EHS to implement safety procedures and training programs
- Coordinate scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance for lab equipment such as incubators, biosafety cabinets, bioreactors, and analytical instruments
- Procure and manage inventory of essential lab materials, including reagents, raw materials, disinfectants, and equipment, ensuring consistent availability and proper storage conditions
- Create, verify, and maintain laboratory records including equipment logs, safety data sheets, SOPs, test methods, and equipment documentation
- Oversee shared laboratory resources such as cold storage units and refrigerated rooms
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing facility and lab-related issues under time-sensitive conditions
- Maintain clear and professional communication with management and client representatives
- Support experimental workflows by assisting with setup and post-experiment cleanup
- Help ensure the laboratory remains clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards
