Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for Help Desk and Desktop/System Support teams.
- Supervise incident, request, and problem resolution workflows using tools such as ServiceNow.
- Enforce technical compliance with service level agreements and critical system availability requirements.
- Coach and develop early-career and mid-tier technicians in diagnostic methods and service quality.
- Keep current and accurate records of user support procedures and system setups.
- Partner with security units to align support practices with NIST 800-53 and organizational security mandates.
- Improve service delivery by analyzing ticket patterns and performance indicators.
