Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for Help Desk and Desktop/System Support teams.
  • Supervise incident, request, and problem resolution workflows using tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Enforce technical compliance with service level agreements and critical system availability requirements.
  • Coach and develop early-career and mid-tier technicians in diagnostic methods and service quality.
  • Keep current and accurate records of user support procedures and system setups.
  • Partner with security units to align support practices with NIST 800-53 and organizational security mandates.
  • Improve service delivery by analyzing ticket patterns and performance indicators.
