Responsibilities
- Carry out cable management, including reseating and replacing network, power, and data connections
- Perform server tray replacements and swap out hardware components according to defined protocols
- Respond quickly to on-call alerts to meet strict service level agreements
- Record all maintenance actions and hardware modifications in tracking databases
- Perform visual checks to detect early signs of hardware failure to prevent service disruption
