As a Production Intern, you will learn the daily operations of a television news station while supporting our production and TechOps operations team. You'll have opportunities to gain practical experience with industry-standard broadcast technology and workflows. What You'll Learn - Assist APC Directors during live newscast production and observe the coordination of live television broadcasts. - Support producers, editors, and newsroom managers in creating and preparing content for broadcast. - Learn professional media asset management, including ingesting, organizing, archiving, restoring, and managing digital media. - Gain experience with newsroom file workflows and content management systems. - Observe and collaborate with professionals across multiple departments, including Production, News, TechOps Operations, and Engineering. - Participate in special projects and other learning opportunities that provide additional exposure to broadcast operations.
