Requirements
- Set up, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in IL2, IL4, and IL5 environments
- Provide operational support for ESRI ArcGIS services
- Integrate with infrastructure provided by agency under WO-001
- Create and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators
- Implement declarative deployments and automated scaling for ESRI components such as Notebook Server and GeoAnalytics Server
- Manage persistent volume claims within Kubernetes
- Deploy and configure container-native storage solutions including AWS EBS and Azure Disks
- Ensure data durability through compliance with backup and recovery protocols
- Integrate native monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Fluentd, and OpenTelemetry
- Enable observability and support IL-compliant reporting across all deployment environments
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting IL2, IL4, and IL5 environments
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS service integration
- Ability to integrate with agency infrastructure defined in WO-001
- Adherence to backup and recovery policy requirements
- Experience generating IL-compliant reports across environments
