Sia Partners is hiring a [KSA] Data & AI – Senior Consultant / Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects spanning data science, artificial intelligence, and generative AI, including enterprise AI adoption, analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Create data and AI strategies, operating models, and implementation plans that support business goals and digital transformation.
• Build and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Design and implement solutions powered by large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering frameworks, orchestration systems, and vector databases.
• Lead data architecture, modeling, and engineering efforts, including ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, and processing of structured and unstructured data to enhance data value.
• Develop and operationalize machine learning and AI models for use cases such as forecasting, NLP, recommendation systems, and quantitative analysis.
• Support the creation of scalable AI/ML deployment environments using MLOps, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
• Deliver data platform modernization, migration, and AI integration using cloud-native and enterprise data technologies.
• Implement enterprise data governance and Responsible AI practices covering data quality, master data, AI ethics, security, compliance, and data sovereignty.
• Enable organizational adoption of data and AI solutions through stakeholder collaboration, training, and operating model design.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, thought leadership, and the development of AI and data offerings, tools, and platforms like SiaGPT.

• Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a significant advantage.
