Huzzle's Client is hiring a Korean-speaking Sales Development Representative for a role focused on outbound B2B prospecting within the IT industry. You will be the frontline for engaging Korean-speaking decision-makers, building pipeline in CRM systems, and booking qualified meetings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to identify qualified leads.
- Engage with Korean-speaking decision-makers in marketing and sales functions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on localised campaigns for the Korean market.
- Research target accounts to personalise outreach and increase engagement rates.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support pre-sales activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or an SDR role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Demand Generation, SaaS, or Marketing Technology.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem.
