Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service and resolve technical problems using email, live chat, social media, and other online channels.
- Manage simultaneous chat and email conversations along with outbound calls, adapting quickly to interruptions from various digital sources.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and offer solutions for technical problems on computers, mobile applications, or gaming consoles.
- Recognize recurring customer issues and conduct independent testing to deliver actionable insights to internal teams.
- Promptly escalate urgent, time-sensitive issues to supervisors or clients as needed.
- Translate written content fluently between Korean and English in both directions.
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes in either Korean or English as required.

- Fluency in Korean and English required for translation and report writing.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels including email, chat, social media, and outbound calls.
