Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas offices
- Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency
- Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetings
- Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordination
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary presentation software (Portfolio)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams
- Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

- Position expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026)
- Internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site
