What You'll Do
- Deliver targeted, science-driven engagement to support appropriate use of hematology and oncology therapies in clinical practice
- Drive sales performance within your assigned territory through structured account planning and execution
- Conduct ongoing analysis of customer landscapes, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine outreach strategies
- Design and lead educational initiatives for physicians, nurses, and practice teams to enhance treatment understanding and coordination
- Represent the organization as a speaker or facilitator in professional forums and medical events
- Strengthen collaboration across care settings by identifying shared goals and supporting network development
- Manage initiatives such as quality improvement circles, clinic partnerships, and regional healthcare networks
Requirements
- Formal qualification under § 75 AMG or equivalent professional credentialing
- Proven experience in oncology or related therapeutic areas within clinical or practice environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex, project-based account strategies
- Proficiency in omnichannel engagement, including digital tools to enhance personal interactions
- Familiarity with hospital operations, patient journey mapping, and healthcare delivery structures
- Understanding of procurement processes, decision-making hierarchies, and contractual frameworks in healthcare institutions
- Willingness to travel and conduct overnight stays within the designated region
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (minimum C1 level)
