Responsibilities
- Boost device sales among merchants within a designated territory.
- Proactively visit micro markets to identify and onboard high-quality merchants.
- Reduce fraud and chargeback risks by ensuring thorough merchant onboarding.
- Follow risk guidelines provided by the team.
- Visit merchants to resolve issues flagged as high risk.
- Request referrals to other reputable merchants from successfully onboarded clients.
- Collaborate with Paytm's business and technology teams to address common bottlenecks, especially on the technology side.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Paytm, embodying the values of hunger, humility, and relevance.
